Sarah Gaventa has become chair of the Elephant and Castle Forum, an organisation to represent the views of 160 groups in the £1.5bn regeneration of Elephant and Castle by Lend Lease.
Facilities managers
Spencer Meredith has been appointed as head of interiors for facilities management company Shepherd FM.
Consultants
Stephen C Briggs has joined Hill International as vice-president and managing director in the construction claims and consulting group. He will be based in the Middle East initially and will move to London in early 2012.
Surveyors
The benevolent fund for the RICS, LionHeart, has elected a new chairman and vice-chairman and appointed a chief executive. Patrick Hall succeeds Mike Greensmith as chairman, Richard Lewis replaces Hall as vice-chairman and in October Davina Goodchild will become chief executive following the retirement of Mike Carter.

Glass restorer Revitaglaze, formerly called IBL, has hired Matan Dimenstein as polishing division manager and Peter Hayward as strategy consultant.
