EC Harris has appointed Mark Dixon partner and head of service in its contract solutions team. Mark Cowlard (pictured) has been appointed head of the rail sector division.

Sweett has appointed Rob Sale senior director with responsibility for the firm鈥檚 operations in the north of England. Ken Wood has been appointed to lead the firm鈥檚 infrastructure portfolio.

WSP has appointed Andrew Moseley associate director in the transportation development team.

Knowles has appointed Jonathan Law consultant.

Contractors

Lend Lease has appointed Roy Allport to lead its Scottish business.

Rob Joyce has joined Northern Ireland-based contractor Graham Construction as business development director. He previously held the same role for Balfour Beatty subsidiary Mansell in London and the South-east.

Harbur Construction has appointed Craig Holding as development engineer and Paul Hamlett as contract manager.
