Kirkstall Forge will feature 300,000 sq ft of offices plus housing designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley
Commercial Estates Group has revealed designs for an ambitious mixed-use development in Leeds.
The Kirkstall Forge development, which was launched at Mipim, will feature housing designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley as well as 300,000 sq ft of office space.
The developer is building a new railway station on the brownfield site and is aiming for a BREEAM Excellent rating for the commercial buildings.
Charles Johnson, development manager at CEG said: "Once the railway station is operational, Kirkstall Forge will be only a six-minute journey from Leeds city centre."
Anne Staton, Leeds City Council's business investment manager said: "Kirkstall Forge is a major development, which will be served by excellent transport links, and has the potential to attract significant inward investment to the city."
