Independent building surveyor, CNP, took on a record 拢3m of new work in the first two months of the year.

Last year was one of expansion for the company as it set up an office in Ireland and its total number of staff tipped the 100 mark for the first time.

Joint managing director of CNP, Andrew Chisholm said: 鈥淟ast year was a record for CNP with sales up 40% and turnover reaching 拢8.1m. This year started with even higher levels of demand for our services, and the last few months have seen more new business success than ever.鈥�
