A design team led by Italian architect Carlo Ratti is looking for sites in London to build the 鈥淐loud鈥�, an inflatable structure filled with LEDs on top of a spiral tower

Ratti said he was working on the project with a team that included Arup, structural engineer J枚rg Schlaich, Italian author Umberto Eco, members of Barack Obama鈥檚 campaign team and the search engine Google.
