Boss of housebuilder's South-east division will quit in June, after the firm took over his previous employer Linden Homes

The former managing director of Linden Homes in the South-east is to leave Galliford Try, which took over the firm in March last year.

Chris Coates, currently managing director of Galliford Try鈥檚 South-east housebuilding division, will leave to pursue his career 鈥渙utside the corporate sector鈥� on 30 June this year, according to the firm.

Coates will continue to act as consultant for Galliford Try on a part-time basis after his departure.
