Public funding has been secured and a development agreement has been signed to deliver the first phase of affordable housing at the multibillion pound King’s Cross Central development in London
The King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership will build up to 284 affordable homes over the next five years, funded by a £42m package from the Homes and Communities Agency. The homes, designed by Niall McLaughlin, will be built alongside open market housing, and will be sold to One Housing Group.
