The 211-bed apartment Chatham Place scheme will form part of £250m regeneration scheme
A 211-apartment mixed use scheme designed by Cartwright Pickard will start on site in Reading this month.
Designed by Cartwright Pickard Architects and developed by AMEC Developments the 7-11 storey apartment scheme will feature a 591-space multi-storey car park.
The scheme is part of Chatham Place a mixed-use scheme, which will provide over a million square feet of residential, office and leisure space.
The apartment block is due for completion in Spring 2009.
