Foster Wilson Architects has completed an arts and community centre in Notting Hill, west London. The 拢3m Carnival Village at the Yaa Centre provides a rehearsal room and performance space for the Association of British Calypsonians and Ebony Steel Band.

Firmco Ltd was the main contractor.
