Contract includes building or refurbishment of eight secondary schools and 25-year facilities management agreement
Carillion has sealed the contract for a 拢208m 好色先生TV Schools for the Future (BSF) programme in Nottingham.
The company said it had reached financial close on a deal to deliver eight secondary schools through new-build and refurbishment.
Carillion will carry out construction work, valued at 拢180m, and provide facilities management services for three of the schools, worth around 拢28m over 25 years.
Three new-build academies are also thought to be in the pipeline as part of the project, which is being carried out with partners Nottingham city council and Partnerships for Schools.
Construction will start this month and completion is expected in 2010.
