Brickability debuted on AIM last September
Builders merchant Brickability turned in an improved pre-tax profit in its debut set of results as a listed company.
The firm, which listed on AIM last September, said pre-tax profit was up 42% to 拢12.2m in the year to March on revenue up 15% to 拢187m.
Brickability, which counts housebuilders Redrow and Berkeley Group among its customers, has 25 sites and sales offices, employing around 225 people throughout the UK.
Chairman John Richards said: 鈥淲hile the outlook is of course pandemic dependent, our core market looks strong and this is reflected in current trading levels.鈥
The firm supplies over 300 million bricks annually along with roofing, heating, flooring, doors and windows.
