Liquidators for building company go to court over 拢100k outstanding payment

Bournemouth building company Britannia Contracting Services, in liquidation, has launched a legal battle against property developers Wimbledon Heritage House LLP.

Britannia carried out building work on Heritage House in Inner Park Road, Wimbledon, for the company last year, but says it has not been paid in full and that a total of 拢144,445.42 remains outstanding.

Despite requests for repayment, in breach of contract Wimbledon has failed to pay the money due, according to a High Court writ.

Now Britannia鈥檚 liquidators are seeking payment of the money, as well as interest of 拢15,132.67 and continuing interest of 拢49.47.
