Construction has just started on The Bridge, Queenstown Road, south London. The Arup-designed 10-storey Battersea block will house 98 luxury apartments. The contractor is YJL Construction. The 拢19m block will be project-managed and have interiors designed by Jonathan Alexander. The developer is London Town. EC Harris is the quantity surveyor, KMB is the structural engineer and Mendick Waring is the services engineer.
