Developer ZeroC has started work on 77 family homes on the island of Portland, Dorset

The project marks the next stage in the South West Regional Development Agency鈥檚 拢40m regeneration of the former Royal Navy air station where it intends to create 1,400 jobs by 2016. The sale of the houses, designed by HTA Architects, will raise 拢500,000 towards improving nearby public realm, including a 拢200,000 skate park. The contractor is Acheson Construction.
