Hopkins-designed scheme given planning last year

Bouygues is set to build the 拢70m new home of Bath university鈥檚 school of management.

The firm has been handed the 拢40m main construction contract to build the new facility.

Hopkins designed the building, which was given planning approval in July last year.

The new facility is set to includes a "student entrepreneurship lab" to aid students in efforts to create businesses, a behavioural research lab for those studying consumer behaviour alongside other teaching spaces, including a suite for MBA students.

The building will open for the 2020/2021 academic year.

The scheme will be ready by next September
