A Bennetts Associates-designed mixed-use scheme at One Bedford Avenue, central London, has been given the green light by Camden council
The 115,000 sq ft redevelopment for developers Exemplar and The Bedford Estates comprises high-quality retail and office accommodation on a corner site on the east side of Tottenham Court Road.
The project replaces two properties with a single eight-storey building, comprising retail accommodation at street and lower ground level and offices above.
The office floors are designed to achieve a BREEAM 鈥楨xcellent鈥� rating, with the retail areas achieving 鈥榁ery Good鈥�.
The project is due for completion in 2016.
