Work due to finish by autumn 2022

Ahead of its Dutch parent posting its 2020 annual results this week, Bam has signed on the dotted line for a 拢30m hospital project in Cornwall.

The deal at the Royal Cornwall Hospital on the outskirts of Truro will see it build a new MRI suite, 24-bed haematology oncology ward and associated facilities.

The project team includes architect Stride Treglown, structural engineer Arup and M&E consultant Hoare Lea.

Work was awarded under the Procure 22 framework and is set to be completed in autumn next year.
