Scheme includes eight residential towers overlooking Tai Po’s Tolo Harbour in Hong Kong
Balfour Beatty’s Hong Kong-based joint venture with Gammon Construction have been awarded a HKD$3bn (£295m) contract to build a new residential scheme in Hong Kong.
The scheme for Great Eagle Group will see eight medium rise residential blocks and four houses overlooking Tai Po’s Tolo Harbour built.
Work is expected to complete by the end of 2019.
Gammon is also building a HK$1.6bn (£158m) 20-storey office tower on top of a five storey retail podium in the heart of Hong Kong’s Causeway Bay and a new train station for Singapore’s Land Transport Authority.
