Austrian practice MOH Architects has won a competition run by Urban Splash and the RIBA to design two acres of the £80m Walsall Waterfront scheme.
The design includes four low-level buildings at the northern end of the site that will contain a mix of commercial and residential units and public courtyards. Six other practices competed, including Kirkland Fraser Moor. Urban Splash does not yet have a start date for the scheme.
