The Kings Cross developer and its American partner expect to start engaging with the local community shortly on the plans
Developer Argent Related and Haringey council have signed the partnership agreement for the regeneration plans of Tottenham Hale in North-east London.
The council wants to build 900 new homes over the next five years next to Tottenham Hale station as well as amentities and community faciities, including a health centre.
Argent and its American development partner Related expect to begin community engagement on the redevelopment plans shortly, with the first new homes anticipated for delivery by 2020.
The regeneration of Tottenham Hale is part of a series of projects happening in Tottenham including the new 拢800m Spurs stadium, the 拢32m overhaul of Tottenham Hale station and the 拢60m Grainger Apex House development at Seven Sisters.
Leader of Haringey Council, Cllr Claire Kober, said: 鈥淭his is a significant milestone in our ambitious plans for Tottenham Hale. We look forward to working with Argent Related to deliver hundreds of new homes, jobs and opportunities for Haringey residents.鈥

Argent Related is also working on the redevelopment of 180 acres in Brent Cross in joint venture with Barnet Council.
