Project services firm will continue as standalone operation
Amec has bought UK project services company Rider Hunt International (RHI) from its owner-managers for 拢25 million in cash.
Godalming-based RHI provides project services to the oil, gas, chemical, energy and process industries and is active in 15 countries, including Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. It has a professional staff of 240 people.
RHI, which was established in the 19th century, will continue to be operated as an independent business, with Amec facilitating its growth.
