The firm has signed a pre-construction services agreement with Chinese developer Greenland Group
Chinese developer Greenland Group has confirmed Aecom as construction partner on its 拢800m Docklands skyscraper.
The tower designed by Larry Malcic and Christopher Colosimo from HOK and interior designer Nicola Fontanella of Argent Design will on completion house 861 apartments of which 765 are for private sale.
The building will also feature a residents鈥 garden, along with a private members鈥 club incorporating a health club, gym, spa and swimming pool.
Residents will also be provided with a private library, cinema, bar and dining club.
Enabling works on the 67-storey Spire London are being carried out by Bachy Soletanche and are due to complete by November with the main build and work on the basement expected to begin by the end of the year.
The skyscraper is due to complete in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The news follows Aecom鈥檚 fledging UK construction arm bagging the job to build up to 3,000 new modular homes at the 拢3.5bn redevelopment of Silvertown by London City Airport last month.
