Contractor GMI Construction has won a 拢22.5m job to build a new distribution centre for Nissan cars in Sunderland.

The project for logistics firm Vantec will see construction of the 422,000sqft facility in before the end of the year, in one of the fastest construction programmes of this size in the UK.
