Housebuilder Gladedale Group has specified Sandtoft Roof Tiles’ Cassius large-format clay tile for a housing development in Westhoughton, near Bolton.

It was originally intended to use slate-effect fibre-cement tiles for the scheme, but the specification was switched to Cassius for its benefits in cost and aesthetics. Colour options are Antique Slate, Natural Red and Tuscan.
