Norfolk pig and sugar beet farmers Henry and Victoria Cushing find late October a quiet time of year, so decided to get busy building themselves a – somewhat drafty-looking – “pumpkin house”. The structure is made from scaffolding boards, and the pumpkins were placed on the higher levels by Victoria standing in the scoop of a JCB
