Dale Windows has launched a timber sliding sash, with concealed spring balances

The company has strategically concealed the unsightly spring balances, tucking them out of sight within a specially designed hidden chamber. The new Dale sliding sash joins a comprehensive range of timber fenestration products. These energy efficient windows and doors incorporate enhanced thermally insulated double glazed units to provide a centre pane U-value as low as 1.1 W/m2K which can achieve an 80% increase in energy savings when compared with a single glazed window, and up to 45% increase in savings compared with ordinary double glazing.
