This week鈥檚 #buildingdoodle sketch is by Architects of Invention. Director Niko Japaridze says: 鈥淭his classic example of Russian industrial constructivism is one of three identical buildings in Moscow, but the only one 鈥� thanks to our persistence and intervention 鈥� that will be refurbished and upgraded. We felt it essential to retain the iconic building plan and keep the new elements distinctly separate. The mixed-use building will house retail, cafes and a restaurant with an outdoor terrace within the facade and an aparthotel at the rear.鈥�
