This week鈥檚 #buildingdoodle sketch is by ChapmanBDSP鈥檚 environmental associate Shashank Jain, and shows proposed environmental strategies and integrated MEP systems for improved efficiency on a residential block in central London.

Jain says: 鈥淭he massing and orientation of the buildings enable the sun to penetrate deep plan spaces and allows for varying solar control.鈥�
