This week鈥檚 #buildingdoodle sketch is by Manolis Sampson, an architectural assistant at ColladoCollins. He says: 鈥淭he project shown is in planning for Marston鈥檚. It aims to animate a disused site in the market town of Diss, Norfolk, and will include 36,000ft2 of retail and a 27-bedroom hotel alongside The Thatcher鈥檚 Needle pub. 鈥淭he aim is for the proposed building鈥檚 character, appearance, quality of design and massing to reflect local context and sit comfortably in proximity to the town and conservation area.鈥�
