These comprised a £400m shopping centre redevelopment in Milton Keynes and the £200m Regent Street regeneration scheme for the Crown Estates Commission. The deals also pushed Bovis into the lead in the yearly table.
Davis Langdon & Everest switched places with Gardiner & Theobald to top the QS chart after being selected with the Alsop consortium for Liverpool's Fourth Grace.
The clients' and architects' yearly tables remained largely unchanged.
