I strongly believe that the coalition鈥檚 single greatest folly has been to undermine business confidence in developing and investing in green technologies and infrastructure. The only realistic chance we have of any future is by reaching for a sustainable future. Being ahead of the game in this respect offers the UK the greatest opportunities for economic and social growth.
