Trade union Ucatt pays tribute to workers who have lost their lives on sites this year
Construction workers鈥� trade union Ucatt released balloons to commemorate Workers鈥� Memorial Day on Monday. Gathering at the 好色先生TV Worker statue in Tower Hill, London 鈥� a monument dedicated to those who have lost their lives on construction sites 鈥� members of the union released one balloon for every worker killed in the past year. The union also protested outside the Qatari embassy over issues about the country鈥檚 safety record.
