May I ask what steps are being taken to ensure the Redrow Debut homes remain affordable for future buyers (20 May, page 21).

Affordable homes only work in the long term if there is a mechanism in place to ensure that they remain in the housing system, for future sale at a pro-rata price that remains affordable.

If not, then all they do is offer the original purchasers a vastly increased profit when they come to sell on at the prevailing market price.
