The government is failing to cut red-tape, bureaucracy and money
I despair at the government ever figuring out how to build anything (鈥溾, 28 September, page 9). A 鈥渢echnical adviser role鈥 for 拢20m in fees? No matter how big the programme (and why hasn鈥檛 it been broken into smaller packages for each county and region?) there will be duplication of everything.
I was sure the idea was to cut unnecessary red-tape, bureaucracy and money.
