I would like to express my distaste at your depiction of Mowlem staff versus those of Carillion on the cover and feature in ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV dated 3 March.

You imply that Mowlem staff are dishevelled, uninterested and old, and that the Carillion machine will make them young, smart-suited, Blackberried - and black. What value experience, knowledge and wisdom?

As an observer of this sector of the industry with no association with either organisation, I believe this to be both untrue and offensive.

I would expect to see a clear apology in the next edition.

Editor: I'm sorry you were offended. The illustration was meant to be an analogy for the state of Mowlem rather than the staff themselves.
