Those of your readers who managed to read e-好色先生TV on their sandy beach may have noticed the pretty fundamental consultation launched by Andrew Stunell, the Minister for 好色先生TV Regulations (鈥淲hat would you do with the Regs, 6 August, page 20)
Replies, he says, to communities department by the end of the month.
There is now, thanks to a piece by Andrew Gilligan in The Telegraph, a name for this sort of 鈥渋t鈥檚 your own fault if you didn鈥檛 respond鈥 government activity. It is a 鈥渘onsultation鈥. For the future, it looks as if the previous government鈥檚 agreement with our industry to allow time for changes to the rules to be considered is part of the 鈥渂onfire of regulation鈥.
