Capita Symonds has appointed David Coyne as director for the energy consultancy. He joins the consultant from Perpetual Energy, which he founded in 2004, where he was responsible for developing a 拢6m turnover business.

At Capita Coyne will be working with a number of local authorities and large commercial clients developing alternative funding options to enable the uptake of renewable energy solutions.

Coyne has a background in finance and large scale business solutions having worked for both IBM and CapGemini.
