The question

An APC Assessor poses a question to you: Supposing you have two duties to perform in the next three hours 鈥� one to prepare a cost plan for a client and the other to undertake an interim valuation for another client. You can鈥檛 do both in the time available and there鈥檚 no one to delegate it to. How do you proceed? In responding to the Assessor consider all the conceivable elements of the question being posed.
