A 1,080-unit residential scheme in north London has won planning permission
National Grid Property, the London Development Agency and Make Architects have won planning permission for a 1,080-unit residential scheme in north London. Clarendon Square will be built on the site of Hornsey’s former gas works as part of the Haringey Heartlands regeneration project. The scheme will incorporate flats, maisonettes and houses arranged around a new public space.
