Five-year deal for housing association Affinity Sutton could be extended
Willmott Dixon has won a five year deal worth 拢48m to provide repair and maintenance services for housing association Affinity Sutton.
The contract was won by the contractor鈥檚 Willmott Dixon Partnerships arm and could be extended to up to 20 years and be worth up to 拢190m.
Under the deal, Willmott Dixon will deliver repairs to more than 20,000 Affinity Sutton homes across London and the South-east.
Willmott Dixon Partnerships managing director, Mick Williamson, said: 鈥淲e are delighted to be joining forces with Affinity Sutton to deliver significant cost savings alongside excellent service.
鈥淲e have a strong ethos of giving back to the community and will be offering training programmes and energy-saving initiatives to Affinity Sutton residents. We will also be providing employment opportunities via our Opening Doors work placement programme in conjunction with local schools.鈥�
