Contractor will convert Sevenoaks office building into residential
Willmott Dixon has acquired a 拢40m scheme to redevelop Tubs Hill House office building in Sevenoaks into a residential scheme.
The construction group has acquired the buildings from Development Seucrities.
Construction work will start this summer.
