The Lewis building was originally a department store
Willmott Dixon has been appointed by Legal & General to fit-out its latest project in Birmingham.
The 拢18m fit out is for 114,000 sq ft of grade A office space at the Lewis 好色先生TV, originally built as a department store in the 1920s by 19th Century philanthropist David Lewis. The building is due for completion in July 2017.
Willmott Dixon is also building Birmingham University鈥檚 拢31m new campus building and a new 61,350 sq ft college for HS2 engineers for Birmingham City Council and HS2 Ltd to 鈥渇eed鈥 into the development of the HS2 high-speed rail line between London and Birmingham.
