Cygnum has supplied the timber frame for 12 apartment blocks on the former site of Oaklands College in St Albans.

Canadian lumber standard studs at 140mm deep were used for the external walls of the blocks, which range in height from three to five storeys. The studs were sheathed with 9mm OSB boards with the insulation and airtightness membrane installed on site.
