Firm feeling benefit of high demand for space in North-west
Styles & Wood has secured half a dozen new contracts in Manchester and London worth a combined 拢23m across the commercial office, healthcare and hospitality sectors.
The projects include a 拢6.2m 56,000 sq ft Grade A commercial fit out at developer Argent鈥檚 One St Peter鈥檚 Square in Manchester, a 拢3m 45,000 sq ft fit out at a three-storey office building, Dakota House, in Wythenshawe鈥檚 Concord Business Park.
The firm is also to delivering the 拢3m fit-out and refurbishment of a treatment clinic in Manchester for CARE Fertility and has been appointed to fit out two new easyHotels in Manchester and Liverpool. It is also working on a scheme called Irongate House in the City of London.
