Scape Scotland has published the UK鈥檚 first public procurement route to net zero building.

The Lifecycle procurement initiative will be available across all the public sector construction procurement organisation鈥檚 frameworks, covering 拢2bn worth of projects to be delivered over the next five years.

Scape wants to be net zero by 2045

The guide, produced in collaboration with McLaughlin & Harvey, Kier and Morgan Sindall, advises local authorities on how they can achieve the UK Green 好色先生TV Council鈥檚 Net Zero Public 好色先生TV Standard when delivering new build and refurb projects.
