Morgan Sindall has completed work on Ryder Architecture鈥檚 new innovation centre in Liverpool
The four-storey 拢7m innovation centre, designed by Ryder Architecture, comprises 3,750 square metres of office space and a commercial laboratory.
It connects to the main innovation centre, called IC1, and is in addition to another innovation centre on the Liverpool Science Park鈥檚 Metropolitan Cathedral campus, called IC2.
Gareth Callen, director at Ryder鈥檚 Liverpool base, said 鈥淲e designed the new wing of IC1 to have an identity of its own whilst complimenting the existing building and being sensitive to the adjacent Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King.
鈥淭his crisp new addition to the site also has to define the southern edge of the urban park between the Cathedral, John Moores University Design Academy and IC2.鈥
