Three firms have been appointed to Greater Manchester’s £400m Green Deal scheme
Keepmoat, Wates Living, and Willmott Dixon Services will deliver energy-efficiency retrofits to around 60,000 households over the next five years as part of the programme, which has been brought forward by a coalition of nine local authorities across the region.
The deal, agreed through the Greater Manchester Green Deal Delivery Partnership, is set to begin in April 2014.
the pre-qualification for the £400m Green Deal scheme attracted bids from 20 firms, with around ten firms subsequently invited to tender.
