Battersea Power Station job follows Facebook deal firm won earlier this year
ISG has won the prized deal to fit out the new London headquarters of Apple at Battersea Power Station, 好色先生TV can reveal.
The job, which is believed to be worth around 拢75m, is the second major scheme the firm has picked up recently for a US tech giant 鈥 having won a 拢50m-plus deal to fit out the King鈥檚 Cross head office of Facebook earlier this year.
Apple signed an agreement with the Battersea Power Station Development Company five years ago to take six floors of office space, around 46,000 sq m, inside the station鈥檚 revamped grade II*-listed Boiler House 鈥 the Wilkinson Eyre-designed centrepiece of the site鈥檚 拢9 billion redevelopment.
ISG is set to start on the Apple job in the coming weeks which when complete will see the iPhone maker move 1,400 employees into from half a dozen sites around London.
The office is part of the second phase of work at the power station with Mace the construction manager on this part of the deal.
Along with the Apple office, the phase also includes commercial and retail space as well as new homes.
ISG declined to comment.
