Scheme designed by AHMM
ISG has been appointed to a 拢50m mixed-use scheme being planned for the Shoreditch area of east London.
The City fringe district is set to undergo a major redevlopment and last week 好色先生TV revealed that Skanska had pipped Mace to British Land鈥檚 拢300m Norton Folgate scheme off Bishopsgate.
That scheme has been drawn up by an AHMM-led team and now ISG has been picked for the second phase of another AHMM-designed job, the nearby Shoreditch Village project for Brockton Capital.
Located opposite the Tea 好色先生TV, the firm will develop a plot that sits between Shoreditch High Street and part of the elevated section of the East London line railway.
Erith is already on site carrying out demolition works.

AHMM won planning for the four-building mixed-use development in August 2017.
AHMM鈥檚 proposals for the site include four new buildings, rising in height from two to eight storeys as they move towards the railway. They will provide around 9,000m2 of new office and retail space.
The scheme also includes a new passage linking Shoreditch High Street with the site鈥檚 public realm which is expected to include a street market.
The 拢75m first phase of Shoreditch Village was designed by EllisMiller and includes a 拢20m hotel for Dutch hotel chain CitizenM which Bouygues was appointed to build in 2015.
ISG declined to comment.
