Contractor to provide repair and maintenance services for East Thames Group

Contractor Interserve has been appointed to repair and maintain 13,000 residential and commercial properties across East London and Essex in a deal worth around 拢100m.

The firm will carry out repair and maintenance work for housing provider East Thames Group. Local authorities may also take up Interserve鈥檚 services under the contract.

Interserve will provide strategic asset management advice; project works; planned and responsive maintenance and estate services.
